Bruno Major reveals latest single 'The Most Beautiful Thing'

Co-written with Finneas Forthcoming album 'To Let A Good Thing Die' out June 5th

Bruno Major ruminates on the concept of kindred spirits within ‘The Most Beautiful Thing’, a track which came to realisation after a co-writing session with modern-day pop luminary and acclaimed producer FINNEAS. The special partnership was formed after FINNEAS reached out to Bruno, counting himself a personal fan of Bruno’s music alongside his sister Billie Eilish. The track emerges as the latest taste from Bruno Major’s forthcoming second record To Let A Good Thing Die, a beautifully crafted tapestry of stories interwoven with timeless narratives of human relationships, love and heartbreak, and existential musings, out June 5th via AWAL.

The news was first teased to fans via Bruno’s instagram, where he uploaded a small clip of himself and Finneas workshopping the track, watch here. Speaking of the experience, Bruno explains; “I wrote “The Most Beautiful Thing” with FINNEAS in his living room in LA. We sat and talked for a few hours about everything and nothing ~ writing the song took considerably less time than our conversation. The song’s big idea is one that has always fascinated me. The concept of a ‘soul mate’ has always seemed far fetched, when that person could easily be born on the other side of the world or in a different time, and the chances of meeting them so slim. Is true love really circumstance and compatibility? “The Most Beautiful Thing” is a love letter to the soul mate I’ve never met.”

The single follows a number of initiatives which Bruno has engaged in to connect with his fans and help spread positivity and solidarity in this time. This includes a series of YouTube Live sessions, streaming in place of his postponed global touring plans to raise direct funds for the  WHO'S COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. His live performances have so far been streamed for the timezones of London, Australia and Paris, and viewed by a total of 70.000] fans across the globe, with one final session scheduled for North America on May 7th. Bruno also launched a special WhatsApp group to connect fans directly, which has already amassed over 1700 sign-ups.
