All We Are announce new single 'Eden'

Today, Liverpudlian-based trio All We Are are pleased to share a brand new single “Eden”. Produced by Al Doyle and Joe Goddard from Hot Chip; “Eden” is the first piece of new material since they released their third album Providence last year.

Bursting with sensuality and joy, “Eden” invites you to drink wine and sleep all day. The band say of the new track: “Eden is groovy, slinky, sly tune, for those temptress moments. What is to live, if not to eat and drink and breathe and to love.”

The three-piece also directed the video for “Eden” and add: “We’ve always wanted to direct and shoot a music video ourselves, and this felt like the perfect tune. The eerie synths, cascading guitar lines and the lyrical rejection of a manicured ideal for the Garden Of Eden took us to a fun and spooky place - a sort of underworld Halloween party!”

“Eden” marks a shift in their sound from the technicolour pop and tropical vibes of Providence to something more akin to the sublime late-night grooves of their self-titled debut. Comprised of Ireland’s Richard O’Flynn (drums), Norway’s Guro Gikling (bass) and Brazil’s Luis Santos (guitar), All We Are will be starting their UK tour tonight with a show upcoming at London’s Colours.
