Blood Red Shoes release new single 'Watch Me Burn' ft. Alice Go

Band announces live stream gig

Blood Red Shoes (Brighton Alt-Rock duo: Laura-Mary Carter & Steven Ansell) announce their first ever live-stream gig, alongside the release of their new single ‘Watch Me Burn’, featuring Dream Wife’s Alice Go.

‘Watch Me Burn’ is an alternative remix of Blood Red Shoes’ 2019 single ‘Howl’, curated by Alice Go of the London-based punk rock band Dream Wife. The new single follows and features on the band’s fifth studio album Get Tragic, also released in 2019. The album saw support from the likes of BBC Radio One’s Huw Stephens, John Kennedy of Radio X, Chris Hawkins & Marc Riley at BBC Radio 6 Music. Listen HERE.

Alongside the single comes the announcement of the duo’s first ever livestreamed gig which will be broadcast live to fans via Veeps from a secret location in Brighton, on Saturday the 24th of October @ 7pm UK time. Tickets for the stream can be ordered now and are priced at £7. Fans can also add one of three brand new limited-edition t-shirts to their order. Featuring designs from very early vinyl-only releases.

“If we’re gonna do streaming, we want to do it our way. So we’ll be playing a full set as a duo, reworked in a way we have never done before. Not a rock show, not an acoustic set. A whole different perspective on our songs taken from across all albums.”

Tickets and t-shirt bundles are available to purchase now HERE.
