You Me At Six return with new single 'MAKEMEFEELALIVE'

New music video ft. Game of Thrones star Leigh Gill

You Me At Six return with their explosive new single ‘MAKEMEFEELALIVE’, out now via Underdog Records/AWAL alongside a macabre split-screen music video featuring a cameo from Game of Thrones and The Joker star, Leigh Gill.

‘MAKEMEFEELALIVE’ marks the start of an exciting new chapter for You Me At Six. Packed with angst, fusing punk rock energy with raucous breakbeats, it’s a daring sonic statement and vital first glimpse of the band’s fast-approaching seventh full-length album.

Speaking about the track, lead vocalist Josh Franceschi explains, “This song is about having control, it being taken away from you and then finally reclaiming it. The video is all about the notion of needing to see clearly to feel alive. The desire of understanding where you started, and where you’re going, so you know when you get there.”

A split-screen POV video, directed by Boucher & Gee, serves a chilling visual match to the track’s emotional heft. The eerie clip, which was filmed in one continuous take, also features a cameo from actor Leigh Gill as Franceschi is caught in a late-night altercation, forced to fight for restitution.
