Coinciding with the announcement of 'The Clarity Tour', 'Kim premieres the official music video for ‘Icy’. Taken from Kim’s critically-lauded project 'Clarity' is Scott Mills’ ‘Tune of The Week’ on BBC Radio 1. The stormy electro-pop break-up anthem, alongside other singles, saw Kim dominate Spotify’s New Music Friday’ and Apple Music’s ‘Best of The Week’ for 10 consecutive weeks. Kim Petras recently released her Halloween-inspired project 'TURN OFF THE LIGHT', ahead of the spooky season. The bloodthirsty 17-track project includes five new spine-chilling singles including ‘There Will Be Blood’, plus tracks from her critically-acclaimed 'TURN OFF THE LIGHT Vol. 1'. Kim also features on ‘How It’s Done’ with Kash Doll, ALMA and Stefflon Don - the anthemic opening track from the forthcoming Charlie’s Angels original motion picture soundtrack.
2019 has been an explosive year for Kim which saw the rising pop sensation sell-out her first ever headline shows in New York City, Los Angeles, Sydney and Melbourne before headlining Sydney’s Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. While in Australia, Kim also made a pop-up appearance to perform alongside Rita Ora on her 'Phoenix World Tour'. In the summer, Kim played her first UK festivals Reading & Leeds festivals, and Manchester Pride, alongside Ariana Grande. While in the UK, Kim played a sold-out headline show at London’s Heaven, attracting rave reviews.
With 2018’s ‘Heart to Break’, Kim established herself as a pop force to watch for. To date, the German-born artist has racked up over 215 million global streams to date and earning her admirers like Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus. Kim, who is a self-directing independent artist and songwriter, debuted with the #1 Spotify Global Viral 50 bop ‘I Don’t Want It At All’, which features a cameo by Paris Hilton in the music video.
